This place is incredible, it inspired a dream, a young man’s dream.
A long adventure that begins in the silver mines in Leadville, Colorado and continues by smuggling glass jars containing corn distillates on skis, in the dangerous valleys that form the watershed between the Aosta Valley and Switzerland.

4 GENERATIONS

Four generations who have handed down their experiences in the field of botany, distillation and safeguarding of these sacred places, protecting, caring for and loving them.
Our mountains, our forests are extremely generous towards us, offering us hundreds of botanicals and precious inspirations for our products.

THE SOURCE AND THE METHOD

The source flows directly from our mountains. Thanks to its natural filtering through the rocks, the water acquires properties exceptionally favorable to the realization of our distillates. All our products are made with the highest quality corn alcohol, distilled, bottled and packaged by hand, faithfully following the values of our ancestor Francesco Diemoz.
Our vacuum or cold distillation method is an innovative, pioneering and completely empirical operation. There are no textbooks that give us instructions. Everything comes from continuous experimentation and from the passion that we put into it.
Each botanical we work has its own characteristics and different extraction times. The maceration times, the atmospheric pressure applied inside the Rotavapor, the evaporation temperature, are all elements that vary according to the character you want to give to botany. It is a process that allows to preserve all the aromas, preserving even the most subtle and delicate flavors, which would otherwise be lost with a high temperature approach.
